What
A map where you drop addresses or links to Google Maps or Yahoo! Maps to keep track of several addresses at the same time. Works only for the US at that time.Get it
- Make sure you're viewing this page from Flock (free download for Windows, MacOSX and Linux)
- Download the Mini Mapper
- Choose "save to disk", then drag the downloaded file from your desktop to an open Flock window

History
In January, Jesse and me where newbie Flockers in the garage in Palo Alto. Since both of us had to find an apartment in the area, and were tired of opening 10 tabs to view 10 locations on 10 maps, we decided to leverage the Flock API's and spent a saturday to develop that module. We committed it, and Bart had a nice surprise the next monday.
It was shipped with Flock 0.5, but such a mapper being obviously not a core feature for a web browser it was trimmed down for the beta 1.
